Go to:
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\My Documents\SH3\data\cfg\Careers\THE NAME OF YOUR LALEUN.....and open the Patrols_0 CFG At the bottom you will see DeltaRenown.....that is the figure you need to change.
