Leave the datum point at your best speed (preferably by hitting C).
When they're within 1000 metres, order silent running, manually change speed to 1 knot and put rudder hard over either port or starboard using the momentum gained during the crash dive to keep up the dive rate and conduct the turn. ALWAYS KEEP A WATCHFUL EYE ON YOUR DEPTH AND THAT OF THE SEA FLOOR DURING THE CRASH DIVE.
