Default Is this supposed to happen...?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this in but here is my problem with a bug.

I have noticed that ships look really messed up when i torp them (and not the good kind of messed up, IE: sinking) well they do sink....but there is an odd graphical glitch while they are doing so. I took some screenshots of the incident:
First is before torpedo impact, second is after. Note the floating black pieces in the middle, they are static, and the top part of the stack is still intact, floating on air, as well as the flagpole, mast, and a lifeboat. Torp impact was on the bottom, whatever happened to a nice big hole? The mods I am using are Poul-Sound http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=132995
and WEBSTER'S Torpedo dmg fix mod (the double dammage one) http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=125058

Note: Yes I used 4 torps, I felt like it. It doesen't seem to matter if I use 1 or 4, this glitch still happens. Please help!
New picture: I noticed a ghostly outline of what the ship looked like before impact, quite odd. It is very hard to see, look right bellow the stack.
