GTA IV Who's gunna get it?

I consider the grand theft auto series to be essential gaming for anyone who considers themselves a gamer.

With the game due for release at the end of April (just after my birthday wOOt

) it would seem there is plenty of controversy about it. Loudmouth politicians (Hillery Clinton) are clamoring for it to be banned. The mayor of NY has gon on record saying that the game in no way represents the real crime levels in his fair city. Well of course not, it's just a video game.

What do you think? Is it just an adult themed video game for adults to have fun with, or is it some dangerouse evil thing sent to brainwash the minds of our fair youth?

I have to add, I've played every incarnation of the GTA series and considder them to be great fun. At no point have I murdered, raped or beaten enyone up, I survived the gaming experience with my morals intact
