U-11 Does it in one!
Sep 1. , 1939 U-11 sails out of port...
 She takes the Kiel Canal is sighted by an unkown photographer...  On Sep 17, 1939 after sneaking throught the scapa flow defense U-11 a type II class lets loose with all of its six torps do down its first kill on its first patrol...the HMS Hood
