That seems a pretty easy candidate for Sh3 Commander, then.

Given that "the snow won't settle" (of course), I would suspect we'd want to make a few more changes. Busy work changes, mostly, really:

- Have a duplicate for every skin so far shipped to cover 'winter months' with snow and ice already built up on them
- Different water textures that look...ummm...even greyer?
- As noted, a different routine for 'rain' in these months or regions. More common, perhaps, but slower falling and with larger "drops".

The steps necessary to do this with Sh3Commander should probably be taken into their own thread - it's not complicated work, but a GREAT VOLUME of it. It would add a ton of immersion, though - those Murmansk convoys in the winter would be amazing with a blizzard blowing and the deck of the U-Boat and convoy ships covered in ice...
