Its been exactly one month to the day...
When I decided to stop with the cigars and the odd menthol ciggy, and so far, touch wood *touches the desk* I have stuck to it.
I have been quite tempted with my dad still lighting up anabated but, I've really stuck to my guns. I don't know if I feel better in myself but more or less, I do feel how can I say... more refreshed?
