Before that I had two radiomen to rest one when the other was doing his job and then shift. I believe they're the same as in the stock game. I'm a bit hazy on what each one specifically does, but I believe that the overall effect is that they add to effectiveness and keep a crewman from getting tired as fast to varying degrees. The one I do know for sure is that the German Cross in Gold keeps a crewman from getting fatigued at all.
