if the Germans, with all of their technical know-how, couldn't build one while they had Atlantic ports, why do you think someone on this forum could do it?

LOL....... Okay, but how about taking the sub in vanilla during whatever period of time it was at Suyubaya or whatever port it was available and making it available in the same time frame at an Atlantic port in Darkwaters, Would that be easier?
