SH4 wont promote an LT

earlier this month, a forum contributor mentioned that he edited his rank to LT in an effort to more closely align his starting rank with WWII USN reality.

so, i decided to try the same thing. changed my starting rank to LT. made sure that there were three parms in the UPC.cfg file and shoved off.

RankDaysUS=90,180,180
RankPatrolsUS=4,5,20

Nine successful missions into the career and i am still an LT and i find myself wondering why SH4 will not promote a USN LT to LtCdr.

I do not think the mods have anything to do with this...i think it is SH4.
