That came a little bit unexpected, didn't it?
I speculate: somebody wants the US to sign the nuclear deal with Iran although the US drifts away from doing so due to sanctions against Russia. Somebody shows what w/could happen if he does not get what he wants. Russia demands to benefit economically from any such deal. Ukraine and Russia. Now Iran, Iraq and USA. Next Taiwan and China?
