Old fashion method for determining SPEED

Thanks for that link Don. Here are the results of my efforts at building your amazing whiz wheel:

Not exactly a professional job, but good enough. I used the same cardstock in my printer that I use for QSL cards, and I laminated both sides of each wheel individually. I laminated the outer wheels together, so that it is double-sided.

What I am wondering about (since I haven't had the opportunity to use it yet) is whether I should just pretend that meters = yards, or should I apply the correction?
