Cannot dock Submarine, Anchor icon not popping up.

Hey guys, new to the scene and loving it! Just ran into this myself (literally lol my boat ran into an invisible wall at the dry dock entrance). It's only Sept. 01 but I wasted all my arty shells practicing so I wanted to restock, I still have 6 torpedoes so I guess I'll head back out and get some more tonnage on my record, I sunk 3 merchants already but I did get chased away by 3 warships, so it'll be good stealth practice too

Ah, I was in Memel. should be back on track. Thanks!
