Campaign Bunker save not working

Just loaded a saved game and no error messages ,,,

campaign advancement message counted down and then gave the "good luck"

so why is it that sometimes I get these messages that there is a problem even though I am saving prior to leaving the Bunker ?

if this was an install issue surely none of the saved games would load ?

to clarify : saved game in bunker : save would not load : save loads after about 6 attempts : save again after about 8 hours at sea : save loads no problem !!!

is it having a laugh ? is it taking the P ,,, is it me ?
