SH 4 1.4 Patch (How to)

How do I get the 1.4 patch to install to SH 4 in my Steam folder on another hard drive, due to the auto boot up and install in the installation, it looks for the game on my SSD drive resulting in a failed to find game message, version I have on Steam is 1.3. The only option the patch allows is what language to install in and then boots away, cannot do a manual install path, surprised that those with the savvy have not got hold of this file, got into it and created a manual path and then posted their copy of it.

So far I have compressed it so I can do a manual install through Winrar but do not know what file to install it to in the Steam/Steamapps/common/Silent Hunter folders, any help to solve this.
