No stopwatch with TMO 2.5 & 1440P res.

I think there is something I need to edit here, my stop watch is is outside of the screen, everything else is perfect. I can change to 1080p (horrible) and see it, but 1440 and its no where to be found.

I found a few threads about how to fix it but I don't know where the file to edit is located. I am running only TMO 2.5 RSRD and the patch1
