Wife: "why did not you just give him your old brown cord jacket that you keep wearing each and every day?"- Seriously, visible blood in the stool very likely means haemorrhoids, "not visible blood" could mean cancer, for that test you need to send stool samples to the laboratory where they use chemicals to find that out.
