It does not ask for a CD in the drive and I have tried both. I do run it as administrator. I have changed the compatibility mode to Vista but it Always returns to the "intro.dll" problem now. SHIII works fine without any tweeting at all. My "intro.dll file" is 72 kb. large and called "application extension". It is placed in the SH4 main folder.
