I have redownloaded the file several times and I'm not getting the mods folder, just data and documents. Also when I go to the mod manager, right click on the file and hit explore, I see open horizons 2 v2.5 which I then have to open to see the data folder. I have been using winzip to extract my files. I tried 7zip and the program won't work. I am using windows 8.1 See my latest mod order in the post directly above this.

I dont think there is a mods folder in the OH2.5 folder. I think it is wording the mod different in the in the game. For some reason I dont understand whats going on... Hopefully someone will chime in and help
