Any chance this is related to scenario files or other kind of mods added to the game? And the Steam folder it is in is likely somewhere in the Program Files folder!?!
If the above is true, then UAC (User Account Control) likely prevented saving the files into the game directory without proper Administrator credentials given. If not, then I don't know. |
