Default Texture Help ..... aaarrrghhhh !

Folks,
any texture guru's out there ? I am adding playable ships into TSWSM and I've got an issue with a ship (Karl94's HMS Hood V1.1) and textures .... the lighting is working wrong ... what I mean is, in a test mission, with sunlight (no clouds or light clouds) I get a sunlit side of the ship and a shaded side of the ship ..... which sounds fine but they are in reverse to any other ship I have, and worse still the light / shade are in reverse to the gun turrets. So Port side is lit up and starboard side is in shade, if I launch any other ship in same mission, then starboard side is lit and port side is in shade.

It doesn't seem to matter whether or not I use the SH4 unified render controller or the SH3 legacy controllers in the .DAT file .... same results.

Any ideas ?
