Shadow Glitch

I am getting a strange shadow glitch that is new to me, any insights?

As you can see, this is Shocking.
I am not sure what has caused this.

Also, my submarine is not becoming fully dark, at night time.
Also my crew members on deck are also slightly lit up.

My mod list, it is vaguely based of Sobers Megamod, but I have swapped and added some of my preferred mods, made with as little collisions as I could.
