Das Boot Crew Cheer with torpedo impact?

Hey Guys

Quick question, is there a separate mod for the Das Boot crew cheer when you hit a Target? i have GWX 3.0 installed as well as Commander and a few other mods but i sunk a merchant in Patrol 2 last night but i never noticed anything when i hit my target with two torps?

Edit: The merchant i sank was Norwegian and Norway where not in the war at this point

would this have something to do with the lack of crew cheer so to speak lol (She had no lights on at night so i assumed she was fair game, going to download the flag enlighten mod when i get home later)
