Fifi Navy Seal Join Date: Dec 2012 Location: France Posts: 6,093 Downloads: 466 Uploads: 0	You have to patch the game with TDW generic patcher (if not using Steam version) and you'll find an option inside to change color of ruler, marks, protrator etc... This is the only way, i'm afraid
