Help w colours of map markings
 
Hi, I just back into the game after a long hiatus and have a problem with all the lines, marks etc that I draw on the map being a grey colour that is realy hard for me to see. They have bright colours when being "active" but as soon as I stop editing them, they change into grey. I´m guessing that I´ve done some sort of change using one mod or another but I can´t figure out what I´ve done. I was hoping that the good people here can help me out.

You have to patch the game with TDW generic patcher (if not using Steam version) and you'll find an option inside to change color of ruler, marks, protrator etc...
This is the only way, i'm afraid :salute:

Fifi said it's the only way, but it's a good way! :)

You'll also have the option to change the color of the lines and markings when they are being placed and after they are placed. It's easy to do once you get used to it.

Yeah, but be warned some colors have strange rendering (at least on my rig).
Best is to change for basic color boxes :up:

Cool. I'm heading for surgery today so should have plenty of time this week to get into the patcher. Can you suggest your favourite colour settings? I'm guessing that I need to set some colours, run the game to see how it looks and then tweak?

All depending taste!
I choosed basic black for protractor, red for ruler, orange for marks, and yellow for compass...
