Drones, a new tech. What is the difference between a drone and a police helicopter? One manned, the other not. What is the point of this comment? Infantry? A bunch of cops together usually is for riots. Riots have occurred for decades. Watts comes to mind. Detention without trial. Do you have a particular case in mind? Warrant-less searches?
