Well, to be fair, the Japanese in Okinawa have been trying to bring aircraft down on themselves lately...

You can bet when the first Osprey goes into an apartment block with a kite around its prop then they'll say that it was the bad safety record of the Osprey that was at fault, not the fact that they are essentially trying to knock down US aircraft.
