Once these morons stop reporting on the storm a majority of Americans think the clean up is finished. Truth is it goes on for weeks and months. I still have trailers of supplies out for hurricane Issac.
So you fill in the rest as these folks are busting their hump to get relief to those in need. These folks that are doing it are the government.
