Toddler served whisky at Frankie and Benny's restaurant

Not passing judgement one way or the other, I remember as a youngin, tasting whiskey and ginger ale, and it tasted mighty fine.

It was obviously a mixed drink, unless the pic included was meant to mislead, and they gave the boy a shot glass. Nail the waiter/waitress, not the restaurant itself.

Unless somehow these hurt parents can prove some kind of institutionalized toddler intoxicating...
