Unlocking the XXI As Early as possible
At what point can I unlock or use the XXI U-Boat?
The reason I ask is after all these years of playing SH3 I would love to try out the XXI in the early 40's just to see how much of a difference that would have made. Is there a mod, or a .txt file I have to install/alter in order to get the XXI sooner? or is it hard-coded, and thus impossible to the use of the XXI until late 44?
