What am I doing Wrong SH5/Steam/JSGME/Mod

Well I just picked up SH5 out of boredom. Really don't like how it takes so much ammo too sink ship (torpedoes/Deck Gun AP/HE rounds). After reading on what I was doing wrong just seems the game needs mods. witch brought me here
(HI EVERYONE).

Have SH5(Steam)
Have JSGME
here is in installed with the mod

But it dont seem too be working in game

Also, what other mods should I install ( looking for fun not super real (very hard))
