How Do I...
... assign an .ogg file (in game, not just a keyboard macro) to the keystrokes for fully raising and lowering the periscopes?
I want to record my own voice, convert the files to .ogg format, and have the audio files play when I fully raise or lower the scopes. [fingers crossed]
