yes, when you split archive into parts, archive is a single file, so all parts will contain entire structure of source, only in smaller parts. that's why you get error when you try extract archive without having all it's parts. files will not be overwrited, but completed

I downloaded parts 1-4....

Now how do I install the 4 seperate .rar files, exactly?

I was just extracting each rar at a time to the the Honolulu radio station.
