According to local news the governor's office is now taking a second look at a proposed bill to tighten regulations on ownership of exotic animals in Ohio.
They are also saying that the owner in question here had a prior conviction for animal cruelty. He probably shouldn't have owned a dog, much less a compound full of exotic wildlife.
