Default Help needed to create 2 new OGG files, please

I am now testing a mod-patch which will install my existing "U-boat Surrender" mod onto H.sie's V15G2 patch-kit, with a new addition: "Smoke on the Horizon, sir!" (when convoy encountered).

However, I need two .ogg sound files, one in English and one in German.
The English version will shout out:
"Smoke on the Horizon, Sir!".
The German version will shout out the equivalent in German, perhaps "Rauch am Horizont, Kaleun!" (maybe others know better than me).

It is best if a native German speaker records the German version, and also the English version with a deliberate German accent.

Are there any native German speakers who have the technical skills to prepare the necessary ogg files? The file needs to be recorded in mono, 44100 Hz sample rate, 16-bit format. It would be necessary to get the correct volume on play-back (a little louder than the well known 'Ship spotted, sir!" found in files in silenthunteriii\data\sound\speech), and also the correct degree of excitement into the voice. A convoy is much more exciting than a single ship! You could carry out tests simply by replacing file "data\sound\speech\4\WaO_K_Ship_spotted.ogg" with your testfile (renamed to the same file name).

I would be very grateful if anyone can provide me with these two files. To demonstrate how desperate I am, I have carried out trials with my own voice from a mobile phone into a land-line telephone with a tape recorder attached, and then use of Audacity software to generate the .ogg file. The sound quality is horrible (use of the tape-recorder's toy microphone gave even worse results), and I soon got tired of hearing my unpleasant London accent, muffled and distorted.

Many thanks,
Stiebler.
