Which mods would you recommend here...?

Any recommendations for:

1 - a mod that gives more realistic rain.At night during a storm you can practically see,NOTHING! in reality rain would be almost invisible.
2 - a mod that makes the sun look better,less flat and with a distinct halo effect.

PLEASE NOTE
I would prefer the mods that just do the above and not alter the actual environment provided for us by the GWX team,I am generally pretty happy with how they look,although if the above mods can only be done by altering something else,then so be it.
