Grrr - Ford Parts Department Rant
I felt the need to post my frustration at the Ford Parts Department for those who have had similar problems.
I ordered a new trunk lock assembly for my Mustang about 5 days ago now. They told me it'd be in the next day. It's been 5 days now - and I still do not have my part. I won't be ordering parts directly from Ford any more after this. The longer it takes for me to get the part, the longer it takes for me to sell my car.
