new tax for brits
if you think you pay to much tax well guess what theres a new one coming out
 youll love this.tony blair according to news papers (and no xabbarus these wern the sun mirror or mail) anyways .... basicaly the labour government is to tax your view ie if your house has a nice senic view then you will pay more tax than a person with say a view of a main road. getting worse
