Planes wont attack with IRAI_0_0_29_ByTheDarkWraith

I have the IRAI_0_0_29_ByTheDarkWraith mod installed and I am not sure if it is working or not. Ships attack me, ..... but even before the mods they did so I dont know if it is working right. I can tell you that not one plane has done anything but just fly by. I have noted that it has been in late 39 or very early 40 when this has happened and noted that the planes are English bi planes only.
Will the bi planes not attack ever?
Any way to test the IRAI mod?

PS I have checked and removed any double folders in the SH5 directory under mods...so I know that is not a problem.
