Default Anyone care to help me identify a ship?

My girlfriend is doing foreign exchange in Finland (She's keeping a sharp eye out for the ferret-y types, tread carefully Dowly )
and she returned from a Rotary trip from St. Petersburg a couple weeks ago, she just uploaded the pictures (being somewhat of a russophile, I asked her to take pictures of anything I might find interesting)
and she came across this ship...

All I can tell is is that it was made post-1977 (I only have two books that list all of the known ships in the soviet navy and this isn't one of them)
I know the numbers they paint on the hull aren't the identification numbers like we do here in the USA.
I think it's some kind of tender or amphibious support ship.
I did a WHOLE lot of research before it struck me that I'm a SUBSIM.com member.
Anyone want to venture a guess?
