Ports are quite simple.
First is to know whether your using a router or firewall. If your using a router you need to know which ip to load the settings page. For instance, I use a LINKSYS router so the settings page is: http://192.168.1.1/ Once there I look for the Applications and Gaming page and add these ports: Port# Protocol 80 Both (TCP + UDP) 3074 Both 3075-3174 UDP 19000-19002 Both You see settings like this: Port Range Application Start End Protocol IP Address Enabl Application: Name it SH5 or w/e you like Start: 80 End: 80 Protocol: Both IP address: 192.168.1.2 (or whatever your LOCAL IP address is) Enable: checked, enables the port to listen and send data through it Do this for the rest above. Add them exactly as shown and do not set both unless specified. Save those settings and you should be good to go, hosting or playing.
