Any way heres another point
most people on the internet
to not realise that there download limit encludes
there online gameing so what happens if they rich
there limit near the end of the month that means
no more silent hunter 5 for a week or so
if you are on 1GB a month limit it will not take much to go
over and even with 5GB it would not take much

general web browsing
downloading MP3s
watching videos
sending\receiving emails
sending\receving email with attachments
online game
other members of your family using your internet
it all use's your download limit
