If you are running stock SH3:
Patch to 1.4b (google search) Choose a supermod from subsim: 1) GWX, 2) WAC 3) NYGM. Nowdays you dont need much more then a supermod. It contains lots of smaller good mods inside already. Any further question, PM me.
