Problem with UBI site login - Help!!

Hi, for about a year I haven't been able to log onto UBI site, I just get an error:
http://ubbx.ubi.com/OCServer_US.aspx...or+key+1%27%27
I have had this problem for about a year and have been unable to fix it, where ever I go I have to log in, as soon as I do that all I get is an error page, have to wait till the next day before I can go there again (as long as I don't login), I tried to set up a new account but it won't let me use the same email address!!

most frustrating, does anyone have any ideas or an email address I can use to communicate this problem with UBI webmaster?
