Problem with UBI site login - Help!!
 

Hi, for about a year I haven't been able to log onto UBI site, I just get an error:

I have had this problem for about a year and have been unable to fix it, where ever I go I have to log in, as soon as I do that all I get is an error page, have to wait till the next day before I can go there again (as long as I don't login), I tried to set up a new account but it won't let me use the same email address!!:damn: most frustrating, does anyone have any ideas or an email address I can use to communicate this problem with UBI webmaster?:hmmm:

Anyhow have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?

Yes, but you need your email address, when I try to enter mine it says only one account permitted!!:damn:
I did delete all cookies, tried with Firefox and IE, no go.:doh:

Surely your ISP allows you more than one email account per subscription.

It's UBI, their account only allows one instance for an email address, if you went to UBI and tried to create a new account with a different user name but same email, when you try to submit the details you get the "only one email per account permitted" message.:damn:

Your not following me.

Create another email account with your ISP. The create a new account over there.

I dont know about your isp but comcast here allows up to 4 discreete email accounts per account.

Now I'm with you, I will check my provider, my wife wanted her own email so this might be the time.:yep: Thanks.
