Default [WIP] IJN Naval rockets

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=154650

Nautilus42 made a ship with a rocket launcher, maybe we could implement it in the IJN Campaign in 2 types if he agrees to let us use it:

Surface to Surface

Surface to Air

They Had the latter in 1944 aboard their capital ships and reported that they worked well :

Do you have any clue as how to make such rockets ?

The ones the IJN had would fire straight in the air and explode at a set altitude, Carriers had them, so did theirs largest ships.

if there are air to ship rockets in FOTRS there should be ship to air rockets in the IJN Campaign Mod
