Forget GWX2.1 - the latest release is GWX3 (follow the link on signature to get that - it bundles with quite a few nice mods that really make SH3 a brilliant experience over the stock vanialla version). I also recommend getting SH3 Commander - follow my signature to the thread describing this brilliant addition to SH3, and a download link.
