Yeah, but you will have to divide those ~2000 divisions by some number to compensate for our lack of training. We could be a force multiplier in a real emergency... but not by a whole lot. Just enough to act as a meat buffer for the regulars who haven't met the advance.

Then again there are some people in Detroit or LA who have more combat experience than some of our troops in Afghanistan....
