Default IJN Jyunsen B mod : changing crew faces

Where are the faces that the game uses in the german add-on ?

I've already made a couple IJN faces from the captain's but(they didn't show up in game ???) I would like the crew as well...

also : where are the 3d models for the same crew, are the clothes just textures ?

I don't know, but I did notice there are some textures that have names matching names in the Animations folder, cap_XXXX

Sorry Keltos, if I knew, I'd tell you. If I get a chance, I'll have a look tonight. In the mean time you could try looking at the nodes where the crew stand, i.e. the RAD node in the Conning Tower and then doing a search in all files to see what other things reference that spot. That may lead you somewhere. I've not come across the crew models, but then I've not been looking, It might not work though as the game chooses crew members depending on what slot they are in, so it may only point to a slot.

right, I started by adding a skin color mask so that they would have the correct complexion, and I changed the eyes a bit, then we'll need to have all brown eyes..

Just an idea, and maybe I'm way off base here, but there are about 60 of them in there. I wouldn't think they are all used on the German side. What about making a backup of the texture folder, then load into PS and put a big red X on the face and maybe that will show you which ones you actually need to try to change. And I would think, but don't know, that some would be the same ones with different facial expressions. ?????
