subsim convention

is it still on and is the date carved in stone? They said I could miss 1 days cancer treatment (m-f) so I can fly out there. Will someone meet me at the airport?? Need to know when u want me there and the airport name. Are we sleeping 1 night in each?? I can stay in a motel ANYTIME, this is the trip of a lifetime !!!!
